Biography
I have been a freelance food and business journalist since 2009, following 10 years working on trade titles including "industry bible" The Grocer.
I have a weekly shift writing news for foodmanufacture.co.uk, and also contribute to titles including the magazine Food Manufacture, Fine Food Digest, British Baker and Quick Bite.
I review restaurants for a London freesheet and contribute to a London blog.
Before becoming freelance I spent four years working on The Grocer's newsdesk and edited the monthly title Bake&Take between 2006 and 2008.
I am a member of the Guild of Food Writers.
