An experienced international chef and food writer.
I have been writing a weekly recipe column in the Midlands Sunday Mercury for the last 5 years. I also write a well followed food blog that contains a very interesting mix of recipes, hard food news, advice on cooking, equipment and ingredients. Cookbook reviews and celebrity stories about people i have meet or cooked for.
Also an experienced cooking demonstrator having performed on both sides of the Atlantic, most recently for the BBC at The Good Food Show Birmingham on Nov 30th 2008.
