Kristen Johnson

Biography

As a senior at Purdue University, I’m majoring in professional writing with minors in Spanish and psychology.

My past work experience includes reporting jobs for various publications and a position as the features editor at the Exponent, Purdue's independent daily student newspaper.

My goal is to combine my passions of writing and music into a career in entertainment journalism. I am the publicity director for the Purdue Student Concert Committee, a group that has furthered my experience in the music business for the past two years.

After my graduation in May 2009, I plan to continue my education in graduate school in Chicago, near my hometown in the southwest suburbs, while also working at a beneficial publication.
