I have in depth knowledge and contacts throughout the food industry - from farming, through to processing and manufacturing and retail. Most recently I spent two years covering retail for The Grocer, writing about the multiple retailers and their suppliers - everything from the financial performance, to the operational nitty gritty of running supermarkets, to the development of new products. As well as retail, I have a special interest and in depth contacts in the meat industry. I'm available for feature commissions on anything food , drink, or business related, as well as news shifts on either general news or business desks.
