I specialise in real-life, having worked on real-life titles for four years (to features editor level). Recently I have been writing more reports for glossy magazines. I also write reviews and travel pieces for local and national publications. I'm currently training to be an occupational therapist, too, so I can write on specialist issues relating to health and social care. |

Biography
I created a women's supplement for The Argus, Brighton, and worked as women's editor for two years. This was followed by a stint as a commissioning editor on Best magazine, a role as chief feature writer on Bella and then a move to New Zealand, where I became features editor of the country's biggest-selling magazine, Woman's Day. Since my return to the UK I have worked on a freelance basis for Real People, Good Housekeeping, Best, Prima Baby and Bella, as well as writing travel pieces for the Evening Standard and reviews for the Yorkshire Evening Post.
